Shanghai has many trade shows and exhibition centers. Your first job is to confirm which venue you actually need and where your suppliers are located.

Group meetings by area and use the metro where possible. Taxis and ride-hailing can lose time in traffic during peak hours.

Build short breaks into your schedule. A trade show day is physically demanding, and decision quality drops when you are exhausted.

After the show, many buyers visit suppliers in nearby cities such as Suzhou, Hangzhou, or Kunshan. Plan those trips as part of the same route instead of treating them as separate events.
